NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Singapore Institute of Aerospace Engineers will be held on Tue, 13 Apr 2021, at 1900h online via zoom.

– President’s Introduction
– Confirmation of Minutes of the 44th Annual General Meeting
– Matters arising from Minutes of the 44th Annual General Meeting
– To receive and confirm the Executive Committee’s Annual Report and Financial Report for the financial year ending 31 March 2020
– Matters arising from the Annual Report and Financial Report for FY 2019/20
– To elect up to two (2) Honorary Internal Auditors for the ensuing year
– To confirm the re-appointment of Ruth Chia & Co as our Honorary Legal Advisor.
– To discuss any other business of which notice has been given in writing to the Hon. Secretary not less than ONE (1) week before the date of this meeting.
