The latest issue of Vortex has been published! The cover story for this issue is The Beginning of eVTOL & Urban Air Mobility – an autobiography. It also covers the 45th SIAE Annual General Meeting, which took place in April 2021 in a hybrid setting, as well as undercarriage design and the painting of aircraft.
This issue also covers the Aviation Safety Competition 2019/2020 for Category A (secondary academic level) and Category B (tertiary academic level) students. It also discusses the impact Brexit is having on Aviation Regulations, as well as more personal topics such as having a passion for flight, and the difference between unmanned aircraft (UA) pilots and regular pilots.
