NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Singapore Institute of Aerospace Engineers will be held on Thursday, 25 Nov 2021, at 1900h online via zoom.

– Confirmation of Minutes of the 45th Annual General Meeting
– Matters arising from Minutes of the 45th Annual General Meeting
– To receive and confirm the Executive Committee’s Annual Report and Financial Report for the financial year ending 31 March 2021
– Matters arising from the Annual Report and Financial Report for FY 2020/2021
– To elect SIAE Executive Committee for 2021-2023
– To confirm the re-appointment of Ruth Chia & Co as our Honorary Legal Advisor.
– To discuss any other business of which notice has been given in writing to the Hon. Secretary not less than ONE (1) week before the date of this meeting.
