Event DetailsMorning Session
Registration shall commence from 0730 Hrs onwards and close at 0830 Hrs. After performing the Safe Entry check-in into Suntec Singapore, participants shall proceed to Level 4, Hybrid Experience Studio (Hall 404) for event registration. The Safe Management Measures practised are as follows, and participants are required to adhere to them:
a. Entry
Participants shall be required to (1) perform Safe Entry check-in for the SATEC 2022 event, and (2) show proof of fully vaccinated status using the mandatory TraceTogether app. On-site registration will be using the QR code issued via the email sent to the participant. A conference lanyard and pass will be issued to the participant.
b. Stay Within Zones
The tickets are issued based on three zones— RED, GREEN, BLUE. Participants shall be seated and can only interact with participants within the same zone through the session. Participants are to practise safe distancing of at least 1 metre between individuals at all times.
Kindly display the conference lanyard and pass, as well as the labels indicating the registered tracks throughout the event. This is to aid the ushers and safe distancing ambassadors in recognising the participants for the event.
Afternoon Session
Registration shall commence from 1230 Hrs onwards and close at 1330 Hrs. After performing the Safe Entry check-in into Suntec Singapore, participants shall proceed to Level 3, Meeting Rooms for event registration.

a. Entry
Participants shall be required to (1) perform Safe Entry check-in for the SATEC 2022 event, and (2) show proof of vaccinated status using the mandatory TraceTogether app. On-site registration will be using the QR code issued via the email sent to the participant. Participants attending the Afternoon Breakout sessions will re-use the conference lanyard and pass issued earlier, and be given a coloured label indicating the track attending. A lanyard and pass, as well as coloured sticker will be issued to new participants attending the Afternoon Breakout Sessions.
b. Stay Within Meeting Rooms
The tickets are issued based on registered track. Participants are to practise safe distancing of at least 1 metre between individuals at all times. Participants shall not switch meeting rooms and attend other tracks. Inter-mingling between participants of different meeting rooms is strictly prohibited.

Vaccination Status
All attendees to SATEC 2022 must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccines listed under the World Health Organisation Emergency Use Listing (WHO EUL). Proof of vaccination is required at the point of entry into the event site. Please refer to https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/health/vtsg# accepted vaccines for the list of approved vaccines and have your TraceTogether App and NRIC/FIN/Passport at all times for verification when requested.
Participants who attended in-person are reminded to monitor your health and inform the organisers if you display any COVID-19 symptoms or tested COVID positive within 7 days after the event.
Attire
Morning Session:
Military Personnel – Â No. 5J uniform for military personnel
Civilians – Formal business wear (i.e. Jacket, Long Sleeve Shirt, Tie and Pants / Dress)
Afternoon Session:
Military Personnel – No. 3 and smart No. 4 uniform
Civilians – Office attire
Food & Beverage
Morning refreshments and bottled water will be provided during the event. In line with existing COVID-19 Safe Management Measures, the refreshments are served individually. Participants shall remain seated throughout the designated refreshment time and not intermingle with other tables. Participants are to practise safe distancing of at least 1 metre between individuals at all times. All refreshments will be cleared timely before the continuation of the conference programme.
Getting to the Venue
Participants can enter and exit the SATEC 2022 event venues on Level 3 or 4 using the following ways:
(1) Level 1 Suntec Singapore Main Entrance (operating from 0700H)
(2) Level 2 Entrance from Suntec Mall (next to Don Don Donki)
(3) Lobby A or Lobby B lifts at Level B1 West Wing, Green Zone Carpark Entrance A (operating from 0700H – 1830H)
For those driving, park at Suntec Convention Centre Carpark (West Wing, Green Zone) via carpark Entrance A (operating from 0700H to 1830H). Please park at
either Lobby A or Lobby B to take the lift directly to Level 4 (Morning Session) or Level 3 (Afternoon Breakout Sessions) for Level B1 and proceed to registration.
