As aerospace maintenance grows more complex, true competency goes beyond technical knowledge and procedures. The Fourth Element in an Aerospace Engineering Competency Standard highlights the importance of judgment, problem-solving, and critical thinking in driving safer outcomes and stronger performance.
This seminar invites aerospace MRO aircraft maintainers and workshop operators to rethink what competency really means, and to discover practical ways to strengthen decision-making and thinking on the job. While the seminar is presented from an aircraft maintenance perspective, all are welcome to attend.
