Vaayu Formally Completed Acquisition of Air Transport Training College from SIAE

SIAE is pleased to announce that Vaayu Group formally completed the  acquisition of Air Transport Training College (ATTC) Singapore.  As you are aware, SIAE had established ATTC in 1999 and over these years delivered stirling service to the aviation industry through its training programs.

This acquisition by Vaayu Group will enable ATTC to leverage Vaayu Group’s international operations in the US and Middle East to drive its growth in Singapore and ASEAN markets by offering (1) New Courses and (2) On the Job Training programs for its students.
